I totally agree. I've been teaching my daughter this since she was a baby, telling her that any guy who doesn't walk on the outside of the street, know he's supposed to stand behind her on the up escalator and in front on the down and pay for all dates isn't worthy of her.
It's how I was brought up and I am always surprised when a woman mentions to me that no other guys treat her that way.
